West Village Rainy Day Engagement Session, New York City Engagement Photography

What do you get when you combine a creative couple, an adorable shiba inu, the streets of New York City and a rainy day?  A super cozy and romantic engagement shoot in one of my favorite neighborhoods, the West Village.  Jannie and Ivan are getting married in October in Brooklyn so we decided to wander around the West Village for their engagement session to get those classic NYC scenes.  They were such troopers in the rain, but really the rain just made things 1000x more romantic!  We also stopped by a photo studio to take a couple portraits indoors for their save the date, which was so original and creative!  I can’t wait for their wedding!
