UNICEF Next Gen Masquerade Ball

I had the pleasure of photographing the UNICEF Next Gen Masquerade Ball committee last night before the amazing event!  This years theme was come as your own Superhero for Zero!  If you’ve ever been to a UNICEF event you’ve probably heard one of us say that we believe in zero.  This comes from our I Believe in ZERO campaign, which is working to bring the number of deaths from preventable causes in children under the age of 5 to zero.   When I began working with UNICEF a few years ago the number was 24,000 preventable deaths every day and we are all proud to say it is now 19,000.  That is still 19,000 too many and we will continue to work hard to bring that number to zero.  We raised over $150,000 last night at our ball, but are still $20,000 away from hitting our current goal raising funds for Child Protection in Vietnam.
